I choose to see You, Jesus. I receive and commit to a posture of deep, contagious and always growing gratitude.
Thank You that You save my life and breathe new hope into me every day. Your grace keeps my heart beating and my lungs breathing. In You I live, move and have my being. I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I am excited to be here, to be alive and I thank You for every part of my body. Thank You for my central nervous system, thank you for speech, sight, touch, and everything I’m capable of. I trust You with my life, and the lives I represent.
Thank You Jesus, for doing what You did on the Cross, so that I can come boldly into the Revelation 4 Throne Room of my powerful Father and speak to Him face to face. My love and friendship is the only thing You can’t do or give to Yourself. I choose to give You my time, my love, my allegiance and my friendship all over again. You’re worth it.
Thank You for helping me to make friends with my body again. I appreciate the way You’ve designed and made me and I repent of denigrating it with my words and/or choices. My body is a gift and I will love and care for it well.
Thank You that You are uncreated, all encompassing, all powerful, all capable, omniscient, never sleeping, constantly moving in Justice and mercy for me. Thank You Jesus for being my Advocate and beautiful High Priest, interceding for me before my Father right now.
Thank You that You are profoundly good, your mercies are new every morning and Your love endures forever!
